📊 How Winners Are Selected
Round 1: Group Judging
All projects present to evaluation groups. Each team is judged by at least two separate jury groups based on originality, impact, technical difficulty, and execution.
Round 2: Finalists
Top 4-6 projects advance to present on stage to all participants and the final jury panel.
Final Decision
The jury deliberates and selects 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, plus special award recipients. Winners announced at the closing ceremony!

Projects are evaluated on four main criteria:
- Originality (25%) - How creative and innovative is the solution?
- Expected Impact (25%) - How relevant and useful is the project?
- Technical Difficulty (25%) - How complex is the implementation?
- Presentation & Teamwork (25%) - How well did the team collaborate and present?
What We DON’T Judge On
- Code quality or cleanliness
- How polished your pitch is
- Whether the idea is “innovative” enough
- If it solves a “real” problem
