What to expect
Nothing about 2027 is final, so the best guide is the last edition. Hack Esbjerg 2026 was:
- A 24-hour hackathon on March 19 and 20, 2026, at S-E-A Esbjerg
- 100 hackers, students and professionals of all skill levels, 18 and older
- Teams of 2 to 4, with a team forming session for people who came alone
- Free to attend, with meals, snacks and drinks provided
- 13 projects competing in 7 prize categories, with workshops and mentors along the way
See the winners and photos, the projects and how the hackathon works. The format, the price and the rules for 2027 will be confirmed together with the dates.
Sponsor, mentor or volunteer
Sponsors made the 2026 event free for every participant. If your company wants to be part of 2027, or you would like to mentor or volunteer, see the sponsors page or contact us.
